Emergency On-Call Service: Sunshine offers 24-hour Emergency On-Call Service at 403-684-3672 or (toll free)1-877-684-3672. This service is provided for the reporting of gas odors in buildings, houses, fields, etc., and for gas supply outages at your appliances. If you need to use this service please have your name, telephone number and legal land description ready. This will enable the serviceman to find your location should the need arise. Please do not use this service for routine service work requests.

Gas Odors: please do not hesitate to report any gas odors immediately. You will be asked to describe the intensity and location of the odor, as well as the time it was first noticed. It is common for distribution leaks to go unreported for long periods of time.

Line Locates: if you are doing any work on your property that creates a ground disturbance please call Utility Safety Partners (formerly Alberta One-Call) at 1-800-242-3447 to have your gas service located. This is a free service. Please allow two working days prior to excavation.
